De 2013 IPC Athletics World Championships was the biggest track and field competition for athletes with a disability since the 2012 Summer Paralympics. Dem hold am insyd Lyon, France, wey elast from 20 go 28 July. Around 1,100 athletes compete, from 94 different countries.[1] Dem hold de event insyd de Stade du Rhône wey dey for de Parc de Parilly insyd Vénissieux, insyd Lyon Metropolis.

- T = track athletes
- 11-13 – visually impaired, 11 den 12 compete plus a sighted guide
- 20 – intellectual disability
- 31-38 – cerebral palsy anaa oda conditions wey affect muscle co-ordination den control. Athletes insyd class 31-34 compete insyd a seated position; athletes insyd class 35-38 compete standing.
- 41-46 – amputation, les autres
- 51-58 – wheelchair athletes
