Plot
[edit | edit source]An European, Frank, den ein three accomplices hatch a plan make dem infiltrate a remote Ghanaian village den steal a sacred totem dem know as Kankan Nyame. Dem pose as missionaries wey dey offer aid to rural communities to gain de villagers dema trust plus de help of Prof, de English speaker per insyd de village. While dey maintain dema cover, dem secretly search for de totem, dem believe e dey possess supernatural powers. After chaw failed attempts secof ein mystical powers, dem reveal dema true intentions to Prof. Enticed by de promise of wealth, Prof agree make he assist dem wey dem enlist Adwubi, daughter of de village chief priest, wey be love-struck plus Frank. Dem gain access to de totem, wey dey set off a chain of events wey test loyalty, belief, den cultural heritage.[5][6][7]
