De Action Front for Renewal and Development ((French: Front d'action pour le renouveau et le développement, FARD-Alafia)) be a political party insyd Benin dem found insyd 1994. E be de party wey Mathieu Kérékou belong to during ein second presidency, wich last from 1996 to 2006.[1]

Na Kérékou stand as party ein candidate insyd de presidential election of March 4 den 18 March 2001, wey he win 45.4% of de popular vote insyd de first round den 84.1% insyd de second round. Na dem boycott de second round by de main contenders.

Insyd February 2004, Daniel Tawéma, wey be Minister of de Interior, na dem elect am as de party ein secretary general, wey he succeed Jerome Sacca Kina Guezere.[2]

Insyd de parliamentary election dem hold on 30 March 2003, na de party be member of de Presidential Movement, de alliance of Kérékou ein supporters. Na e establish insyd dis Movement de Union for Future Benin, wey win 31 out of 83 seats.

Na FARD ein candidate insyd de March 2006 presidential election be Daniel Tawéma, wey take 0.60% of de vote.
