Asogli Yam Festival be an annual festival wey be celebrated by de people of Asogli insyd de Ho Municipality wey dey locate insyd de Volta Region of Ghana.[1] Dem dey celebrate am insyd September annually make dem celebrate de cultivation of yam wey na e be started by a hunter wey find de tuber insyd de forest during ein hunting expedition.[2][3]
According to history, na de cultivation of yam among de people of Asogli start wen de yam wey de hunter hide during ein hunting expedition later germinate wey e grow bigger. Na dem bring de celebration into Ghana by de Ewe people of Ghana wen na dem migrate from Notse insyd de Republic of Togo, wer na dem still dey celebrate am.[4]
