He graduate from de Oriental faculty of Leningrad State University (ein specialization be Arabic philology den postgraduate studies) den postgraduate study from de Institute of Oriental studies of de Academy of Sciences of de Soviet Union. He train as military interpreter insyd Egypt from 1970 go 1971. Insyd 1977, dem declared am as Candidate of Philological Sciences.
Head of de Department of linguistics of de Chuvash State Institute of Humanities.[3]
Insyd de late 1980s den early 1990s, na Khuzangai be sam active figure of de Chuvash national cultural movement. na he be deputy of de Supreme Council of de Chuvash Republic den chairman of de standing committee for culture. Na he be two-time candidate for President of de Chuvash Republic insyd 1991 den 1993. Between 1992 den 1997, na he be president of de Chuvash National Congress, wey dem establish am for ein tym insyd. From 1997 go 2002, na he sana be de first Vice-President of de General Assembly of de Unrepresented Nations den Peoples Organization.
