Dem assign am make she serve for select committees wey concern social services, economic development, trade plus international relations, den education plus recreation. Abrahams na constituency contact for DA ein Leneldos region.[1]

Insyd 11 March 2014, Abrahams use ein motion take announce say she dey resign from DA plus say she dey defect go African National Congress.[2][3] DA then write give Gauteng Provincial Legislature make dem remove am as parliamentarian.[4] Ein last day as delegate be 21 April 2014.[1]

Abrahams ein name dey number 118 for ANC ein national list insyd de 2014 general election.[1] Dem elect am den she take office as MP for 21 May 2014.[5] As she dey serve for de National Assembly, she be member for both de Portfolio Committee on Social Development plus de Portfolio Committee on Sport and Recreation.[1]

Abrahams ein name no appear for ANC ein list for de 2019 general election, so she lef Parliament insyd 7 May 2019.[1]
