Cedric Thomas Frolick (born 20 January 1967)[1] be de current House Chairperson: Committees, Oversight den ICT insyd de National Assembly of Parliament for de Republic of South Africa. He attend de De Vos Malan Primary School insyd Schauderville den progress to matriculate at de David Livingstone Senior Secondary School plus exemption insyd 1984.[1] He then study at de University of Port Elizabeth (currently Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University) from 1985-1988 den confer a Bachelor of Arts degree plus majors insyd Geography den Psychology insyd 1987, a Higher Diploma insyd Education (post-grad) insyd 1988 den a Bachelor of Education (Honours) degree insyd 1992[1] den be currently complete a Masters of Philosophy insyd International Political Economy there.
Teaching career
