Clément Mouamba (13 November 1943[1] – 29 October 2021) be a Congolese politician who be Prime Minister of de Republic of the Congo from 2016 until 2021.

He previously serve as Minister of Finance from 1992 to 1993.[2]

Political career

Dem born Mouamba on 13 November 1943, insyd Sibiti. Under President Pascal Lissouba, he be Minister of Finance from September 1992 to June 1993. Mouamba be a leading member of de Pan-African Union for Social Democracy (UPADS), which be de ruling party under Lissouba den go into opposition after Lissouba ein ouster insyd de 1997 civil war.[3]
