Doris Bozimo (dem born am 16 August 1942) be Nigerian woman wey be librarian, lecturer, den school administrator.[1] She be professor wey she work before as de university librarian for Kashim Ibrahim Library for Ahmadu Bello University wey dey Zaria for Kaduna State.[2][3][4] She be de person wey dey represent Nigeria as country coordinator for Electronic Information for Libraries (EIFL), she sana be member of Nigerian Library Association.[5]

[edit | edit source]Bozimo get ein Bachelor of Arts degree from Scripps College wey dey for Claremont, California insyd. Later she continue go school go do ein master’s degree den doctoral degree (PhD) for Columbia University for New York. She cam fini ein master’s for 1967 den ein PhD for 1979.[6]
Career
[edit | edit source]For de librarianship work insyd, Bozimo work for plenty years. Na she be Head of de Department of Library & Information Science from 1991 reach 1995. Later for 1996, she cam be Dean for de Faculty of Education. After dat, she cam serve as University Librarian for Ahmadu Bello University for Zaria from 2001 reach 2006. Bozimo sanso take part for plenty professional organizations, like National Association of Library and Information Science. She sana be patron for de Nigerian Association of Women Academics (Zaria branch) too.[7]
