Emelia Arthur (born 1 October 1966)[1] be a Ghanaian politician den development specialist.
Emelia Arthur be a consultant den former Advisor to de President of Ghana from 2013 to 2017 where she dey assist presidential appointees insyd aligning manifesto objectives plus presidential objectives den specific sector policy goals.[2]
She currently dey serve as de Minister for Fisheries den Aquaculture den de Member of Parliament (MP) for de Shama constituency. [3]
She be a member of de National Democratic Congress (NDC), she previously dey serve as a Deputy Western Regional Minister den as de District Chief Executive for Shama.

Following dis, she dey serve as a Presidential Staffer den Advisor to de President from 2013 to 2017, focusing on policy alignment den manifesto implementation.
Insyd de December 2024 general elections, Emelia Arthur dey contest de Shama constituency seat on de ticket of de National Democratic Congress[7]. She dey win de election plus 57% of de total votes cast, defeating de incumbent to represent de constituency insyd de 9th Parliament of de Fourth Republic.
