Foning lead de African Network of Cameroonian Businesswomen wey she work plus organizations like World Bank den African Development Bank, togeda plus oda international agencies. She be founding president of de Association of Cameroonian Businesswomen den de NGO World Female Company Managers.

[edit | edit source]Dem born Foning insyd 1949 to one modest Bamileke family for de Menoua area of Cameroon.[1][2] She no get strong educational background[2] wey she no go university, buh she learn English den French.[3] After ein family encourage am to work, she enter tourism work from age 12 for Douala, one port city for southern Cameroon.[1] For 1966, Foning start ein business career wen she open one restaurant wey dem call New Style to make extra money.[4] Later, she enter transportation business by buying two taxis from Toyota,[4][5] den by 2005 de taxis increase reach about 150.[5][6] Foning sanso expand ein business by adding gravel company Les Graviers Unis,[1] plus Socamac food company, Ovicam export-import company, den Anflo furniture company, wey dem dey export goods go Europe den de United States.[4]
