Hlengiwe Octavia Mkhaliphi (née Hlophe-Maxon) be South African politician wey dey serve as Member for de National Assembly since May 2014. She be one of de founding members of de Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), plus she serve as de party ein first deputy secretary-general from 2014 go reach 2019.

[edit | edit source]Mkhaliphi be founding member for de Economic Freedom Fighters, party wey dem form for July 2013 wey Julius Malema dey lead now. Dem elect am as one of de party demma first parliamentarians for May 2014. Insyd December dat same year, she take post as de party ein first deputy secretary-general.[4]
Mkhaliphi go back Parliament after de 2019 general election. Insyd de party ein December conference, dem nominate am for second term as deputy secretary-general, but she no gree take am. Poppy Mailola then take over from am. She win ein seat back to de National Assembly insyd de 2024 general election.[5]
