Hortense Aka-Anghui (December 18, 1933 – September 30, 2017) be an Ivorian politician.[1]
Dem born Hortense Dadié insyd Agboville,[2] Aka-Anghui be de sister of Bernard Dadié.[3]
Dem elect Aka-Anghui go de National Assembly as member of de Democratic Party of Côte d'Ivoire – African Democratic Rally for 1965. Later she serve as vice-president for de Assembly den remain member till 1990.[4] Together plus Gladys Anoma den Jeanne Gervais, she be one of de first women wey dem elect go dat body.[5]
From 1980 go reach 2017, she be de mayor for Port-Bouët.[6] She serve too as Minister for Women's Affairs from 1986 to 1990, den from 1984 till 1991 as president for Association des Femmes Ivoiriennes. She serve again as member for de Central Committee den Political Bureau for ein political party.
Aka-Anghui train as pharmacist, wey she get ein doctorate from University of Paris for 1961. Before she enter politics, she run one pharmacy plus medical laboratory for Treichville, de town wey she grow insyd.
