Hubert Coutoucou Maga (August 10, 1916 – May 8, 2000)[1][2] na he be a politician wey komot Dahomey (now dem know as Benin). Na he rise to power despite regionalist politics insyd Dahomey, wey na dem elect am to Dahomey ein territorial assembly insyd 1947 wey na he found de Northern Ethnical Group, dem later rename de Dahomey Democratic Rally (Rassemblement Démocratique du Dahomé).
