Joe Reindorf (1924 – 1996) be Ghanaian historian, lawyer plus politician. For de Third Republic time, he serve as Attorney General plus Minister for Justice of Ghana.[1]

Early life den education

Joe Reindorf be old student of Achimota School, where ein schoolmates include K. B. Asante, Victor Owusu plus R. R. Amponsah.[2] Insyd 1951, he start ein research for history for Cambridge University, where he finish around 1956, plus he complete ein law degree during dat same period.[1][3]

Career

Dem call am to de English Bar for 1954. After ein research studies, he return come Ghana for 1956 to do private legal practice. For 1962, he join University of Ghana as research fellow for history, but he lef dat role for 1966 then go back to private practice.[1] From 1970 to 1971, he serve as president of de Ghana Bar Association.

Politics

When de Third Republic start for 1979, he get appointment as Attorney General plus Minister for Justice under de Limann government.[4] But he resign after dem move am go Ministry of Local Government during 1981 ministerial reshuffle. Dem replace am with ein deputy, Archibald Lartey Djabatey.[1]

Death

He die insyd 1996 at de age of 72.[1]
