Kais al-Hilali (1979 – 20 March 2011) na he be Libyan political cartoonist wey dem shoot den kill for 20 March 2011 during de Libyan Civil War minutes after he paint one of de political street murals for wich na he be locally famous. According to witnesses, na he just draw a caricature of Muammar Gaddafi for a wall top insyd Benghazi wen na de bullet hit am.[1]
