Kathellen Sousa Feitoza (born 26 April 1996), dem commonly know am as Kathellen, be a Brazilian professional footballer wey dey play as a centre back give den dey captain Saudi Women's Premier League club Al Hilal den de Brazil national team. She be a product of de American college soccer system.

Club career

As a young girl Kathellen love football buh she mainly play futsal. She find opportunities for field soccer limited insyd ein native Baixada Santista, especially after dem close Santos FC's women's section insyd 2012.

Kathellen apply for an athletic scholarship to de United States wey na she be selected by Monroe College of the National Junior College Athletic Association. After two successful years plus Monroe College she spend ein two remaining years of college eligibility plus Louisville Cardinals den UCF Knights, respectively, insyd NCAA Division I.[1]

She subsequently receive an offer from FC Girondins de Bordeaux wey she join de French Division 1 Féminine club halfway thru dema 2017–18 season.[2] Insyd May 2018 she sign a two-year extension to ein contract.[3]

After a successful 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup plus Brazil, den an elite level performance against France, na dem link Kathellen to chaw major European clubs, wey dey include newly promoted CD Tacón, due to cam be Real Madrid for season 2020–21.[4][5] Instead she remain plus Bordeaux for a further season, then she join Italian Serie A club Inter Milan insyd August 2020.[6]

Insyd 2024, she lef Real Madrid wey she join Al-Nassr on a two-year contract,[7] plus ein official debut coming on 25 of August insyd a 3–0 victory over Myawady insyd de AFC Women's Champions League, wich she help ein team keep a clean sheet.[8]

On 21 July 2026, she sign a two-year contract plus Al Hilal.[9]

International career

Brazil women's national football team head coach Vadão call Kathellen up for de first time insyd June 2018, for a training camp ahead of de 2018 Tournament of Nations. On 26 July 2018, she earn ein first cap give de senior Brazil women's national team at de 2018 Tournament of Nations, wey she appear as a substitute for Daiane Limeira insyd a 3–1 defeat by Australia.[11][12]

A year later, na Kathellen subsequently be called up by Brazil for de 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup. She start de preparation camp as de main backup for de experienced pair of centre backs Mônica den Érika.
