Rantso be elected as Deputy Secretary insyd Lesotho Congress for Democracy Youth League insyd 2003. Insyd 2005, she become de Secretary General. Rantso represent de Lesotho Congress insyd Democracy insyd 2012 den she serve as Minister of Public Works den Transport. She hold different positions insyd de government before dem appoint am to serve as Minister of Labour den Employment.[2]
