De Kpledjoo Festival be an annual harvest festival wey be celebrated by de chiefs den peoples of Tema insyd de Greater Accra Region of Ghana. Dem usually dey celebrate am insyd late March anaa first week insyd April.[1][2][3][4]

[edit | edit source]Dem dey celebrate de Kpledjoo Festival so say e go help make de Sakumo Lagoon recover well so e go give plenty catch during harvest. Wen na de festival happen, dem dey put 5-month ban wey stop people from fishing anaa trapping crabs from de lagoon.[4]
