Lulama Maxwell Ntshayisa (23 August 1958 – 23 July 2021) be South African politician wey dem elect am go National Assembly of South Africa insyd de 2014 general election as member of de African Independent Congress. Dem re-elect am again insyd 2019. Ntshayisa die from COVID-19 for 2021.
Parliamentary career
[edit | edit source]Insyd 2014, Ntshayisa contest for seat insyd South African National Assembly as number two for de national party list of de African Independent Congress.[1] For de May election, he win seat for National Assembly.[2] Dem swear am in later for dat same month.[3] Insyd June 2014, dem give am ein committee memberships.
Insyd 2019, he contest again make dem re-elect am as number two for AIC ein national party list. Ntshayisa win again for de election wey happen on May 8, 2019. Dem swear am in for ein second term as Member of de National Assembly on May 22. He get ein new committee assignments insyd June 2019.[4]
Insyd April 2021, he become non-voting member of de Committee insyd Section 194 Enquiry wey go determine Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane ein fitness to hold office. He become voting member insyd June 2021 after dem restructure de committee to give small parties voting rights.[5]
