Maccasio notice say he get music talent the time he be 14 years. He dey rap mainly for Dagbani, but he dey blend am plus English, Hausa and Twi .Him signature song Anye Kan Laraa be one of de most popular tunes for Northern Region. Maccasio get three albums to him name.

Maccasio drop him first album "Boussu" for March 2014. Then for 2015, he release him second album "Oshihila Nkpe" insyd Picona Gardens.

Maccasio drop him third album "Ninsala"[6] on 19 August 2017 for Tamale Sports Stadium. Maccasio host Shatta Wale for him "Too Big Concert" wey full Tamale Stadium to capacity.[3]

Maccasio release him fourth album “Zero to Hero” on January 4, 2019.Him drop his fifth album on 3rd November,2022. Maccasio be de main artiste wey perform for de 'Northern Explosion Concert' on 25th February,2017 at de Accra Sports Stadium.The show get performances from big big international acts like Sherifa Gunu, Kofi Kinaata, Guru, Rudeboy den Dr Cryme.[7]

Maccasio pull almost 18,000 fans go Tamale Stadium for ein Peace Concert for Tamale.[8]

Maccasio full up Bukom Boxing Arena with ein Total Shutdown Concert on 28th October 2018, wey 4,000 people show up. Maccasio make big history as he fill Tamale Sports Stadium wit 18,000 capacity under rain, fans still stand watch am aka King of the North. Maccasio shut down Bokum Arena again with 4,000 fans for his Kings Concert on Feb 5, 2022.
