Marufatu Abiola Bawuah (born 25 September 1968) be Ghanaian finance den businesswoman. As of 2014, she cam turn de managing director/chief executive officer of United Bank for Africa, wey make am de first woman make she hold dat position. She win chaw awards for ein work wich dey include de 2016 Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana Marketing Woman of de Year den de Finance Personality of de Year Award for de Ghana Accountancy and Finance.[1][2][3][4][5]

Bawuah grow up insyd Aflao wey na she get ein secondary level education for de Achimota School.[6] She further ein education for de University of Lagos insyd Nigeria, wer na she acquire a Bachelor of Science degree insyd Actuarial Science. She later earn a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from de University of London. She dey hold a diploma in marketing from de Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) den an Executive of Master of Business Administration (EMBA) insyd finance from de University of Ghana.[7]
