Dis call face strong resistance from PAC top members, wey talk say PAYCO no get de right, as only one component structure, to dey call for resignation of de president of de whole organisation. Some PAYCO provincial leaders come distance demselves from wetin Hulisani talk. But Hulisani insist say de call no be ein personal opinion, but decision wey de NEC of PAYCO, plus de provincial leaders, take together.
2009 General Elections

Dis decision face some resistance from inside de Pan Africanist Youth Congress of Azania, and e no align with de position of PAC itself, wey still participate for de elections.
