Dem set up de authority by Legislative Instrument wey Ghana Parliament pass, den e dey powered by de NPA Act of 2005, wey dem dey call ACT 691.[4] De authority ein head office dey Accra.[5][6]

Functions

De regulatory mission of de NPA make dem fit monitor den adjust de price of petroleum products for Ghana on regular basis.[7]
