Capa serve as chairperson insyd African National Congress branch insyd ward 9 insyd Ingquza Hill Local Municipality, as member insyd regional executive committee of de ANC, plus as member insyd de party ein provincial executive committee.[1]

Parliamentary career

Capa stand as ANC parliamentary candidate from Eastern Cape insyd de 2014 national elections, plus dem elect am go de National Assembly wey he swear in insyd 21 May 2014.[2][3]

Insyd 4 April 2016, he become member insyd de Portfolio Committee insyd Agriculture, Forestry den Fisheries plus de Portfolio Committee insyd Small Business Development. He comot from de Portfolio Committee insyd Human Settlements insyd 6 May 2016. Capa be member insyd those two committees till de term dissolve.[4]

He get re-election for ein second term insyd de 2019 general election. Capa swear in for ein second term insyd 22 May 2019. Insyd 27 June 2019, dem name am go de Portfolio Committee insyd Agriculture, Land Reform plus Rural Development plus de Portfolio Committee insyd Environment, Forestry den Fisheries. He become member insyd de Joint Committee insyd Ethics plus Members’ Interests insyd August 2019.[4]
