Nicholas Timothy Clerk (3 March 1930 – 22 September 2012) be Ghanaian academic, administrator den Presbyterian minister wey na he serve as de Rector for de Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) from 1977 to 1982.[1] Na he be de de vice-chairman of de Public Services Commission of Ghana.[1][2] Na Clerk chair de Public Services Commission of Uganda from 1989 to 1990.[1][3][4]
