Paskal Augustine Bronson Rois (29 August 1978) be a Ghanaian diplomat, entrepreneur den musician. He be de honorary consul of de Republic of Indonesia insyd Ghana wey he sanso be de Founder den chief executive officer of Rois Group of Companies Limited.[1][2][3][4]

Na he begin ein music career insyd 1999–2000 under de stage name Togbe Afrika wey he get 4 albums to ein credit. Na ein songs such as 'Danye Sidzima', 'Menya be Awoenam', 'Kpedentor', 'Mawuneyrawo Togbe Afefe among odas be popular insyd Ghana, Togo, den Benin insyd de early 2000s.[6]
