Patricia Emily Adams be South African politician wey serve as Member for de National Assembly of South Africa for de African National Congress (ANC) from 2009 go 2014, den from 2014 go 2019 again.

Parliamentary career

Insyd 2009, Adams stand make dem elect am go South African National Assembly as de 131st candidate for de ANC ein national-to-national list.[1] Dem elect am enter de National Assembly for dat election inside.[2] Adams then get appointment make she serve for de Standing Committee on Finance for de Fourth Parliament (2009 – 2014). She sana be de constituency contact for de ANC ein Rietfontein constituency office throughout de parliamentary term.[3]

Insyd 2014, she stand again make she re-enter, dis time as de 122nd. She no get re-election go de National Assembly. But as Zizi Kodwa resign from de National Assembly, de ANC choose Adams make she take over ein seat. Adams swear insyd on 26 May 2014.[4] On 20 June 2014, dem appoint Adams make she serve for de Portfolio Committee on Public Works plus de Portfolio Committee on Tourism. Later dem add am go de Joint Committee on Ethics and Members' Interests. Adams still be de constituency contact for de ANC ein Rietfontein constituency again.

On 17 May 2018, dem elect am as ANC whip. Her name no dey for de ANC ein lists insyd de 2019 general election, so she comot from de National Assembly on 7 May 2019, wey be de official date wey de parliamentary term dissolve.[3]
