Philippe Grégoire Yacé (January 23, 1920 – November 29, 1998) be an Ivorian politician den one time president of de National Assembly.

As teacher by training, Yacé be one of de people wey start trade union for instructors; he sana serve as secretary general for de country ein only political party, de PDCI,[1] for 15 years before dem cancel de position. He be president for de Legislative Assembly den for de National Assembly,[2] plus from 1980 he lead de High Court. After dat, he serve as president for de economic and social council until he die for 1998. He sana serve as mayor for Jacqueville, deputy for de same area, senator, den spiritual leader for de “3A” (we be de alladian, aïzi, den akouri). People dey call am de “dauphin” of Félix Houphouët-Boigny,[3] as he work close plus am throughout most part of ein career. Many people expect say he go be Houphouët-Boigny ein successor when he retire.
