De primary characteristics of PCOS dey include hyperandrogenism, anovulation, insulin resistance, den neuroendocrine disruption.[6] Women sanso fi experience irregular menstrual periods, heavy periods, excess hair, acne, pelvic pain, difficulty getting pregnant, den patches of darker skin.[7]
