Dr. Sally Jepng'etich Kosgey (wey dem born am for 1949) be Kenyan politician. She dey belong to ODM party, wey dem elect am for represent Aldai Constituency for National Assembly of Kenya during de 2007 Kenyan parliamentary election.

She work for plenty organisations before former President Daniel arap Moi call am. She work for different positions wey reach top, till dem appoint am as ambassador den head of public service/secretary to the cabinet.
Political career
[edit | edit source]She sanso serve as minister for higher education insyd de coalition government wich cam about insyd 2008 after de post election violence. However, insyd April 2010, she swap jobs plus Agriculture Minister William Ruto.[1][2]
