Samuel Prophask Asamoah (dem born am 14 February 1981) be Ghanaian painter.[1] Brush name "Prophask" (dem derive from ein middle name), na dem exhibit ein works widely, locally den internationally plus chaw insyd art collections.[2][3][4] Asamoah reportedly dey sit comfortably insyd de field of painting plus ein inspirations give ein themes from proverbs, daily activities den dreams. Ein motivation be make he find joy while painting den make he experience pain wen he no dey paint.[5][6]

Dem born Samuel Prophask Asamoah for 14 February 1981 at Apenimadi near Hwidiem insyd de Brong-Ahafo Region of Ghana.[7][8] Asamoah be from de Bretuo family wey he dey belong to de Bosompra clan. Ein poppie, Akwasi Appiah, though a farmer, na he be experienced craftsman. Asamoah start ein primary education at de Asuoyeboa M/A Primary and Junior High School wer na he identify ein talent thru ein pencil den colour works.[3][5] Insyd 1999, he start ein senior high school education at de Kumasi Secondary Technical School wer he study Visual Arts.[9] He start dey send ein works to de Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) gallery wey he start dey partake insyd de institution ein exhibitions.[10] Insyd de tenth anniversary celebration insyd de school, na dem award Asamoah de best student insyd General Knowledge insyd Art secof ein demonstration of versatility insyd make he dey create artworks plus diverse medium.[4][11][12] Insyd 2003, he go de Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology make he study Integrated Rural Art den Industry. At KNUST, he participate insyd de Tratech exhibitions insyd 2004 den 2005 as well as insyd de peace pledge exhibition insyd 2006.[3][13]

Dem collect ein works insyd de Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Creative Art, Regimanuel Hotel Gray Estate Limited, Ghana, Stanbic Bank, Ghana, Vodafone Ghana, Nestle Ghana Limited den chaw oda private den public collections. Now nu he be a full-time painter den de chief executive officer of Prophask Ghana Limited.[2][5][8][14]
