She join de Central Bank of Nigeria insyd 1993 as an assistant director insyd de Research Department, wer she serve as head of de State Government Finance Office (1993–96), head of de Federal Government Finance Office (1996–2000) den head of de Fiscal Analysis Division (2000–04).[7][8]
Alade serve for de teams on major economic policy studies land wey e be involved insyd de preparation of Central Bank of Nigeria ein monetary den credit policy proposals over de years. Na she be actively involved insyd de drafting of de Medium Term Economic Programme (MTP) for Nigeria den de IMF staff Monitored Programme/Standby Arrangement.
Na Alade be present as deputy governor wen na dem announce that five Nigerian bank CEOs go be dismissed for 13th of August 2009. Na dem name five replacements by de Central Bank of Nigeria plus immediate effect wey dey include Olufunke Iyabo Osibodu make dem lead de Union Bank of Nigeria den Suzanne Iroche wey take over as CEO of FinBank.[9]
