Simon Osei-Mensah (born 27 May 1961) be a Ghanaian politician, a member of de 6th Parliament den 4th Republic of Ghana, den a member of de New Patriotic Party insyd Ghana.[1] Na Presido Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo insyd January 2017.[2]

He obtain a Master of Science degree insyd economics from de University of National and World Economy insyd Sofia, Bulgaria, insyd 1991. He sanso get a Certificate insyd Banking from de Institute of Business insyd Odense, Denmark, he acquire insyd 1998.[4]
Career
[edit | edit source]Osei-Mensah be an economist den banker.[3] He work as an operations manager for Kuapa Kokoo Credit Union before he aspire to political office.[4]
Political career
[edit | edit source]Osei-Mensah be a member of de New Patriotic Party.[1][5][6] He cam turn a member of parliament from January 2005 after he emerge winner insyd de General Election insyd December 2004.[5] He run for a second den third term wey he win. Na he be de MP for Bosomtwe constituency.[4][5][6][7] Na dem elect am as de member of parliament for dis constituency insyd de fourth, fifth den sixth parliaments of de fourth Republic of Ghana.[5][6][7] Insyd February 2020, after ein party cam back into office, na dem appoint am by President Nana Akuffo-Addo as de Ashanti regional minister.[8]
