Moses Sipho Mbatha be a South African politician den a former Member of de National Assembly of South Africa for de Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) party.
Political career

Afta de 2014 general election, dem select Mbatha make e replace Mmeli Julius Mdluli, wey dem elect go take EFF seat insyd de National Assembly but e no dey available to take ein seat.[1] Dem swear am insyd de first sitting of de new National Assembly plus all de oda new Members of Parliament on 21 May 2014. On 20 June 2014, dem name Mbatha go de Portfolio Committee on Economic Development den de Portfolio Committee on Higher Education den Training.[2]
Wey former Eskom CEO Brian Molefe take ein oath as Member of Parliament insyd February 2017, Mbatha talk say: "On a point of order Speaker. Where dey dat corrupt bastard?"[3]
Insyd October 2017, de Diamond Fields Advertiser report say de Central Command Team of EFF give instruction to Mbatha den ein colleague EFF MP Mmabatho Mokause make dem resign from demma seats insyd de National Assembly straight away.[4] Mbatha ein resignation start dey work from 1 January 2018. Nontando Nolutshungu come take over ein place.
Later, Mbatha resign from EFF den dem welcome am go United Democratic Movement insyd August 2018.[5][6] For de 2019 general elections, e stand as parliamentary candidate plus candidate for KwaZulu-Natal Legislature for UDM, but e no fit win seat for any of de two bodies.
Insyd 2024, Mbatha join UMkhonto we Sizwe political party. Dem elect am as member of de National Assembly, wey e represent UMkhonto we Sizwe, for de 2024 South African general election.[7]
