De Sisili River be one of de major rivers of northwestern Ghana, along plus de Black Volta den Kulpawn Rivers. Historically, de Nakong area of de Sisili River, on de east side, be subject to "Zabarima slave raids wey Gazare den Babatu" lead.^[1]
