Suya, dem sanso know as Tsire, be a traditional Hausa (Nigerian) smoke-grilled spiced meat on skewer. Suya generally be made plus thin-sliced spiced beef, lamb, goat, ram, anaa chicken dem arrange on wooden skewers. 3. Suya Spice Blend (Yaji), Paprika anaa Cayenne Pepper (for heat, dey depend on preference), Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Bouillon Powder (optional, for extra flavor)
4. Vegetable Oil (For coating de meat den dey keep am moist).
5. Skewers (If dem dey use wooden skewers, soak dem insyd water for 30 minutes to prevent burning).

How to prepare Tsire (suya)
[edit | edit source]1. Mix de ground peanuts plus de spices (yaji) to make a suya spice rub.
2. Coat de meat strips insyd vegetable oil, then rub dem generously plus de spice mix.
3. Thread de spiced meat onto skewers.
