[edit | edit source]She commence ein university teaching career as staff member of Department of Agricultural Economics for Obafemi Awolowo University (then University of Ife) between 1966 den 1975. She move subsequently to University of Ibadan ein Department of Agricultural Economics, as Lecturer I (1975), wey she rise to de ranks of Senior Lecturer (1977), Associate Professor (Reader), den, insyd 1980, to de full position of Professor insyd 1983. Between 1990 den 1991, na she be de Commissioner for Trade and Investment insyd Oyo State. She sanso be a one-time commissioner of agriculture insyd de state.[3]

Currently, she dey teach as lecturer for Babcock University. For 1984, she carry out anoda study wey cover women from all major ethnic groups for Nigeria. De findings from dis research wey dem call "Women in agriculture in Nigeria: Problems and policies for development" prove say: if women go benefit well from farming, government need put systems for place wey go give dem both proper education and money support.[5]
