Shadrack Junior D. Nantomah is a Ghanaian environmental advocate, nonprofit leader, and community development practitioner. He is the Co-founder of the Thesnashad Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on environmental sustainability, climate change adaptation, and community empowerment in Ghana’s Northeast Region. His work involves implementing climate-smart agricultural initiatives, environmental advocacy, and capacity-building programs for local communities.

Nantomah has participated in various leadership and development programs, including the Ghana Peace Camp 2024, the AI Career Essentials Programme by ALX Ghana, and the Empowerment for Life (E4L) program by YEFL-Ghana. He has also collaborated with organizations such as African Students for Interfaith Tolerance, Ghana Think, and The Northeast Konnect to advance environmental and social impact initiatives.
