Michael M. Nduromo (born 10 April 1952) be deaf educator for Kenya, na him be de third deaf person for Africa wey get PhD for 1980. He get ein BSc, MSc and PhD degrees from de Peabody College of Vanderbilt University, for Tennessee. Nduromo be associate professor of psychology for University of Nairobi, Kenya.

Nduromo go school for Harrison-Chilhowee Baptist Academy wey dey Seymour, Tennessee for 1973. He den go Gallaudet University for 1973 wey ebi der ein start ein undergraduate education, buh ein leff der go Vanderbilt University for 1976. Den he get ein PhD in educational administration with related areas wey dey pychology den special education, he come be assisstant professor for department of psychology give Gardner-Webb University, North Carolina, wey he start August 1980 till he leff go ein country Kenya, for 1982.

From 1982 to 2003, Ndurumo work for de Kenya Institute of Education, wey he com turn deputy director den head of special education. He leff Kenya Institute of Education December 2003 den he join Moi University, Eldoret, Kenya wey he com turn senior lecturer. For 2009, Nduromo leff Moi University go University of Nairobi wey ebi associate professor of psychology.

From April 1998 to August 1999 Nduromo work for Education of Kenya Review Commission. Na there he be principal player for de development of special education curricula for undergraduate and graduate levels for University of Nairobi, Kenyatta University, Daystar University and Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE). Ebi in wey in do de distance education course in special education for de University of Nairobi. He write distance education module on educational psychology for de Kenya Institute of Special Education den he teach sign language den principles of total communication for Daystar University den Maseno University wey dey Kenya.

Nduromo start de development of de M.A den PhD degree programs for counselling for Moi University wey ein san start make dem implement PhD for der educational psychology degree program. He san be de author of Exceptional Children: Developmental Consequences and Intervention.

Nduromo be de editor-in-chief den be one of the people wey dem do de African Annals of the Deaf. He san be de founding chair for de Kenya National Association of the Deaf, den de founding secretary for de Kenya Association of the Hard of Hearing. Nduromo founded de African Institute of Deaf Studies and Research, den be member for de selection committee for de appointment of memebers of de National Educational Board. He be involved in leadership, education den oda tins for de disabled menners wey dey ein country. He san be involved for de religious leadership for de deaf, na ein paddy waa be Dr. Andrew Foster, wey ein be one of de foremost missionaries for deaf menners wey dey Africa.

For December 2000, dem give am de Distinguished Service Medal by de President of the Republic of Kenya sekof ein distinguished sservice for de country, den ein be de Harrison-Chilhowee Baptist Academy Outstanding Alumunus of de Year 2001. Nduromo be de Andrew Foster visiting professor for Gallaudet University for 2000.
