Dem establish Miva Open University for 10 March 2023 insyd by uLesson,[1] sam Nigeria edtech company wey dey operate oda four West African countries. For 16 May 2023 insyd, Miva receive ein license from de NUC wey de university cam turn registered entity of de National Universities Commission, as springboard give distance learning for Nigeria insyd.[2] For 25 May 2023 insyd, de university start admission wey e offer eight disciplines from two faculties.[3]

De university dey run various courses under schools/faculties such as Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Science, Software Engineering, Public Health, Nursing Science, Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Information Technology, Criminology & Security Studies, Mass Communication, Business Management, den Public Policy & Administration. Miva sana launch ein Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme for 2nd of April, 2024.[4]
