Pütchipü'ü, anaa pütche'ejachi (insyd Wayuu, "messenger of de word"; Spanish: palabrero), be de central element insyd de traditional administration justice system of de Wayuu people. De role of pütchipü'ü be make e solve conflicts thru mediation den negotiation.[1] Dis fi include conflicts between different members anaa clans of de Wayuu community anaa plus people anaa organizations outsyd de Wayuu people. Dis negotiation dey include material compensation aggravating family dey bia give de aggrieved family group.

For 2010 insyd[2], na UNESCO recognize dis mediation system as part of de Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.[3] Governments of Venezuela den Colombia recognize dis indigenous law system. De Major Autonomous Board of Palabreros dey organize pütchipü'ui.[4]
