Ahafo Ano North Municipal District be one of de forty-three districts for Ashanti Region insyd, Ghana. Originally, dem create am as ordinary district assembly for 1988 insyd as Ahafo Ano North District, wey dem create from de former Ahafo Ano District Council; til say dem elevate am go municipal district assembly status wey now ecome turn Ahafo Ano North Municipal District for November 2017 insyd (effectively 15 March 2018).
