De Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture (ACI), alias Akrofi-Christaller Memorial Centre for Mission Research and Applied Theology, be tertiary, postgraduate research den training institute wey dey Akropong-Akuapem in Ghana.[1][2] Dem set up de institute say ego study den document Christian religious thought, history den theology through de lens of culture, historiography den life for Ghanaian society den Africa as well as scholarship for ecumenical relations top between de continent den de rest of de world.[1][2]

National Accreditation Board of Ghana's Ministry of Education fully accredit am, plus sam full Presidential Charter say ego award ein own degrees.[1][2]

Dem name de university after two Christian ethnologists, Johann Gottlieb Christaller den Clement Anderson Akrofi wey carry out extensive literary work for de Twi language top.[3][4] Plus roots wey dey de Pietistic tradition of de Basel Mission, de Institute dey combine academic study plus propagation of de Gospel for Ghana den Africa.[1][2]

Akrofi-Christaller Institute dey occupy de buildings of de historic Akropong Seminary wey dey include de Basel House wey dey Akropong-Akuapem, sam campus wey dem build for de mid-nineteenth century, wey dem renovate for de early nineties wey dem expand by de turn of de millennium.
