For de outset, de idea of make dem establish MU na dem initiate am by group of expatriates insyd de Kingdom of Saudi Arabia wey na dem adopt am by de 4th Expatriates Conference insyd 2000 – under de auspices of de Sudanese Expats Organization.[2] De National Voluntary Organization for Supporting Higher Education insyd Sudan – dey situate insyd Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – wich dey consist of group of Sudanese experts den university professors – dem prepare complete study wey dey aim for de establishment of de non-profit company make e start university. De Presido of Sudan Marshal Omer Al-Bashir during de 5th Expatriates Conference insyd 2005 give ein consent den approval of de project as edey meet de demands of de large sector of de Sudanese expats.
