Annie Noëlle Bahounoui Batende (dem born am January 25, 1963, for Douala), be Cameroonian magistrate. Dem appoint am for August 10, 2020 insyd, as president give de Special Criminal Court (TCS). She be de first woman wey hold dat position since ein creation for 2012 insyd.

Dem born Bahounoui Batende for January 25, 1963 for Douala insyd.[1] She be de daughter of Léon Bahounoui Batende, former senior Cameroonian civil servant, director of Customs (1971 go 1976), director give de Cameroonian Development Bank den deputy of the CPDM (1997 go 2002).[2]

After say she get ein baccalaureate for Général-Leclerc high school wey dey Yaoundé, she enrol for de law faculty of de University of Paris wey ebe der she get Specialized Higher Studies Diploma for Law (DESS) insyd.[3]

She return go Cameroon wey she fail ein oral exam for de National School of Administration den Magistracy (ENAM) wey she receive for de Cameroonian embassy wey dey France insyd. She start ein career as sam notary wey she work for one year for sam real estate company as legal advisor. She take de ENAM competition again, wey dem finally select am wey she join de school for 1988 insyd.[3]

Bahounoui Batende start ein career as public prosecutor. She be deputy prosecutor for Nkongsamba. She sana hold position of president of de court of first instance of Bonanjo for Douala wey she join Mbalmayo wer she officiate as president of de courts of first den high instance. For 2010 insyd, dem appoint am as vice-president of se Southern Court of Appeal. For 2012 insyd, she join de TCS from ein creation as investigating judge. For 2017 insyd, she cam turn vice-president.

She be de head of de Special Criminal Court (TCS) for Cameroon since August 10, 2020 wey ebe de president wey appoint am.[1][4] She replace Emmanuel Ndjérè.[3][5]

For March 31, 2014 insyd, she receive Louis Bapès Bapès, Minister of Secondary Education for around ten years. As de hearing end, she issue sam committal warrant wey eplace de minister for pre-trial detention for Kondengui penitentiary insyd."[3][4]
