He be de founder of Strategic Youth Network for Development,[7][8] youth dema group wey dem dey do more environmental den social change for Ghana. He san job as National Cordinator for 350 Ghana Reducing Our Carbon (350 GROC).[9] He san be de chair for Youth in Natural Resource den Environmental Governance (Youth-NREG).[1] Rydi he san be Panel Member give International Experts on Environment of Peace 2022 (EP 2022) project.[10]

For 2013, de government wey e dey Ghana wan build 700 MW coal power plant for Aboabo for de Ekumfi district. Na de thing be like Volta River Authority (VRA) den Shezen Energy group wan do. De money wey dey insyd be $1.5 Billion wey e san be loan from China Africa Development Fund. De thing as dem build go be de first for Ghana as Ghana no get coal reserve de country go import de raw material every year for South Africa wey thing go be like 2 million tons.[2]
Chibeze start dey campaign say de thing no good for de ground. He make noise say de coal-fired power station no go better give de country. He go de local people talk dem say de thing no go go give dem as e go worry dem den things. He talk de Government make dem take dema mind go renewable sake of dat one better pass de coal.[11][12]
