Higher Institute of Mining, Industry and Geology (fr. École des Mines, de l'Industrie et de la Géologie de Niamey, EMIG) be de Institute of technology per insyd Niger wey dedicated to de formation of engineers den technicians.[1] EMIG ein educational disciplines dey expend into fields such as mining, geology, mechanical den civil engineering.

EMIG dey under de tutelage of de Ministry of Education. Edey locate for de right bank of de Niger River insyd Niamey.[2][3] Na dem establish EMIG insys 1982 as international institution from de Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) (fr. Communauté Économique des États de l'Afrique de l'Ouest). Dem enroll de first students insyd January 1990. Insyd July 1995 na EMIG retro-cede to de Nigerien government. However EMIG still dey attract students from oda African countries. Insyd 2010, na 13% of EMIG students be foreigners. De current 20 ha campus dey include laboratories, student dormitories den restaurant.

EMIG be fast-growing higher education institution: from less dan 70 students insyd 1996 to more dan 350 insyd 2010.
