Edey contribute to de missions of higher education den scientific research thru five specialized higher schools.

De IST-CI be member institution of de Network of Universities of Science den Technology of de Countries of Africa south of de Sahara (French: Réseau des Universités des Sciences et Technologies des pays d'Afrique au Sud du Sahara (RUSTA)).[2]
