Olusegun Agagu University of Science den Technology formally Ondo State University of Science den Technology be state owned university wey dey Okitipupa, Ondo State, Nigeria. De Ondo State Government under de leadership of Dr. Olusegun Agagu wey establish am for 2008.[1] De university commence academic activities for January 2011, wey currently dey offer various programmes of study under de Faculty of Science, Faculty of Agriculture & Agricultural Technology den Faculty of Engineering den Engineering Technology.
Dem rename de university after late former governor of Ondo State, Dr. Olusegun Agagu for 2020 in recognition of ein immense role for de establishment of de institution.[2]
For December 2020 insyd, de Ondo State Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu approve de appointment of Prof. Temi Emmanuel Ologunorisa as de next Vice Chancellor of de university, wey start from 23 February 2022.[3]

For 2017 insyd, dem relocate go demma current location along Igbokoda road. Sam donors den Books2Africa, sam UK charity organization donate 40,000 volumes of books give Olusegun Agagu University of Science den Technology, Okitipupa, Ondo State for 2020 insyd, de library collection grow go 47,965 volumes of books plus oda pertinent information materials. Current books, periodicals, monographs, reference materials, annual reports, den oda materials all dey demma holdings insyd. Students den staff for de university make up demma main target audience. De community at large, as well as demma nearby sister institutions, dey use de library as sam resource for information acquisition.
